Over 2600 miles of desert racing and four short course events simply would not have been possible without all of the support from families, crews, sponsors, promoters, and friends.

First and foremost we would like to thank the each and every significant other that has unselfishly supported the crewmembers as they took time away from family to drive aimlessly from town to town in support of the racing effort. Parker, Az., Prairie City, Ca., Primm, Nv., Jean, Nv., Yerington, Nv., Fallon, Nv., Las Vegas, Nv., Mesquite, Nv., and Henderson, Nv. opened their streets and deserts for us.

Our hats off to the crew, who devoted their time and combined all of their expertise and knowledge to get the 1049 and 1549 cars through a difficult year to say the least. Sam, Daddy Don, Lou, Alex, Bob, Brian, Mike, Paul, Jack, JT, Rusty, Dustin, Lil' Don, Lil' Paul, Abe, Pete, Matt, Marston, the Seymours and anyone else who pitched in when the going got tough to get Sam Berri Racing to the finish line.

Our sponsors have again surpassed all expectations from product and financial support to short turn-around repairs that got us to the next event. Sopwith Motorsports Ltd. has provided a fantastic year of television coverage for BITD events and been aggressive in working through the first year problems to provide the Off-Road community with a professional and enjoyable look at our sport. Working with Pinned TV and Mav TV, Stephen and his staff have succeeded in putting Off-Road Racing on Stations across the country as well as on computer screens worldwide. We applaud you for your efforts.

With hundreds of racecourses in the Western US and Mexico, "BAJA Edge of Control" provides a way to race your favorite off road vehicle from the comfort of your living room. And the most dynamic feature is that the vehicles on the game are the same vehicles we race in real competition throughout the year.

Team Margarita has completed another successful year with third place in class 1500 in BITD and second place in Class 10 in VORRA. Preparations have already started for the 2009 season and we look forward to having all of you join us. Again, thank you for your support and friendship.
