PRAIRIE CITY OCTOBER 9-10,2010

Beautiful sunny fall weather was the forecast for the VORRA short course race. Sam Berri was able to start in the front row on Sunday, because of winning the time trial on Saturday. He had some good competition from JJ Schnarr in the Punisher car, Shannon Harwell, Steve Sullivan and others. Having an uncharacteristic start Sam found himself in the third place position, but after getting into his rhythm he was able to pass and took over the lead in the fourth lap, winning the first Moto. Sam had a much better start on the second Moto, starting from the rear position was able to capture the lead in the first lap holding it to the end of the race. Had a great start in the third Moto jumping out in the front and holding the lead to capture a first place for Team Margarita for the day.
